“I was fortunate to have Christiane as my instructor for the Certified Interpretive Guide (CIG) course in Polson, Montana in the fall of 2016. Ms. Hinterman is a very thorough trainer. We learned content through fun and engaging exercises. With much subject matter to cover, I was put at ease with Christiane’s compassion for the participants from diverse backgrounds as well as her enthusiasm for interpretation being contagious. Her knowledge of adult learning styles is par excellent and I very much appreciated her attention to detail. ”
